extra!! (⚠️: depression, suicide, triggering content)
as of 2019, saori has been unable to properly use her right arm due to a severe car crash accident she was in back in spain. a drunk driver ran her over, breaking her collarbone and shoulder + most of her right arm and hand. rehab was tough but not impossible, yet her dream of becoming a pianist.. it shattered. she felt helpless, almost as if suicide was the only way out and there had been a few attempts to end her life. what was the point in living if she couldn't do what she loved most?
after some time, she did regain 90% of mobility in her arm and hand, but playing the piano was next to impossible still.. so a new passion was what saori needed, before she'd spiral again into suicidal and terrible thoughts & behaviors

creating content from the comfort of her home was ideal. talking about her mental health, slowly opening up and advocating for herself after moving back to south korea came easier that way-- and soon enough brand deals, offers and the opportunity to become a model came into her life. saori was no religious person, and deep down she still hurt over her loss.. but if there was a god, maybe this was what they planned for her
